Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. As our products are custom-made and personalized, production begins immediately after your order is placed.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.


Important Information

Because each product is made individually, processing times may vary slightly depending on order volume.

Please ensure that all shipping and personalization details are entered correctly before completing your purchase.
LovoDesigns is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information.


Shipping Delays

Shipping times may be delayed due to factors outside our control, such as:

  • Strikes or labor disputes

  • Weather conditions

  • High-demand periods (e.g. holidays)

  • Large or bulky shipments

  • Errors by the shipping carrier

If any of these situations occur, we will do our best to keep you informed.


Tracking Information

You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a second email including your tracking number and tracking link.

Please allow 1–4 business days for tracking information to update in the system. In rare cases, tracking updates may be delayed, but your order is still on its way.

Note: In some cases, items from the same order may be shipped separately.


International Taxes & Duties

International orders may be subject to additional customs fees, import duties, or taxes once the shipment reaches your country.

These charges are determined by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
LovoDesigns does not collect or control these fees and cannot refund them.


Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is correct before placing an order.

Due to fast processing times, we cannot guarantee that changes to the shipping address can be made after the order has been placed. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at:

If the order has already been processed or shipped, we are unable to change the address.

LovoDesigns is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
